RESERVATION POLICY

All reservations at Sisu and Tyyli require a credit card to be kept on file. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give 48 hours notice. If you’re appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 48 hours of your service we reserve the right to charge 30% of the service to your credit card. We value and respect your time and kindly ask that you do the same.

NEW CLIENT FILL POLICY

We welcome all new clients who have had their lashes done elsewhere, but we do require a consultation for your first visit. Every client is unique and each lash set is customized to achieve the look you desire. When coming from other technicians, there is a difference between technique. experience, and products used. We usually ask that first time clients set aside 90 minutes so the artist can make sure you are getting the best look for you. Depending on quality of your previous artists work, a removal and full set may be required upon analysis.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your lashes! If you are unsatisfied with your service, we are open to communication, feedback, and making adjustments. However, we do not refund or return for any service provided.

LASH MAINTENANCE POLICY

Retention is important when it comes to maintaining your beautiful lashes. Your lashes are continually growing, resting, and shedding, hence the reason fill appointments are required every 3 weeks. At that 3 week mark (as long as you are following the aftercare program) you should have 30-50% of your extensions still intact. At 3 weeks if you have less than 30% of the extensions, we will need to book out more time (and there’s a price difference) to achieve the desired look. If you wait longer than 4 weeks, or have less than 20% of extensions remaining, you will need to book a full set.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

We require a 48 hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file 30% of the scheduled service fee. Please use our booking system Square to cancel any appointments, an email/voicemail is NOT a sufficient form of canceling. All no-show appointments will be charged a 30% fee, no exceptions.

CHILD POLICY

We love your children, but we ask that you do not bring them to your appointment. It is not safe to leave children unattended in the studio while your eyes are closed and receiving a service. We must also be considerate of other guests studio who might be effected by the noise level. Please schedule your appointments around your childcare. And remember this is your time to relax, recharge and take a lash nap.
