Lindsey Joslyn
Owner + Lash Artist
Lindsey is a highly trained beauty professional with over 15 years of experience working in the spa and salon industry. Her extensive education and background includes Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Cosmetologist, Spa Management, Certified Lash Artist, Certified Volume Lash artist X's 3, and Certified Lash Trainer.
Lindsey had been training for NovaLash in the state of Michigan since 2011 and has been chosen as one of the elite NovaLash Brand Ambassadors for 2015, 2016 and 2017. As a Brand Ambassador, she has traveled internationally showcasing her lash skills at trade shows and beauty events such as The Chicago ABS show, The Las Vegas IBS show and The London Olympia Beauty show. She has trained lash artists in Michigan, Indiana, and Anguilla, BWI. Lindsey was awarded the 2017 Trainer Of The Year Award by NovaLash president Sophy Merszei. Lindsey has been interviewed and published by Modern Salon Magazine (April & July 2015, August 2016 issues), featured in Lash Inc Magazine (July 2015 issue) and chosen as one of Modern Salon Magazines “Top 100” of 2017. In 2020 She opened her first Brick-and-mortar Sisu and Tyyli where she continues to grow, educate, and inspire. She recently stepped away from lash training to focus on growing and expanding her business.

Megan Calderon
Licensed Esthetician
Megan graduated from Michigan College of Beauty, as a licensed esthetician in October of 2020. She is trained in a range of skills including lash extensions, lash lifts, skin, waxing, and brows. She has a long term passion for the industry and has always aspired to be an esthetician. Megan will be specializing in skin, brow, and lash services. Having a meticulous eye and tailoring each service to fit clients features and preferences is especially important to her! Being able to make people feel confident, beautiful and, connecting with others is her favorite part about being in the industry!
Kristie Wagner
Aesthetic Injector
Kristie Wagner is the owner and injector at Beautifully You Aesthetics. She has been in the medical field for over 15 years. She began her medical career at The University of Michigan Nursing School, then obtained her Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of Michigan-Flint. Her extensive medical training and clinical skills laid the perfect groundwork for providing safe and high quality aesthetic treatments. She's received aesthetic training from nationally known, highly regarded injectors and continues to attend trainings each year to bring you the newest, best, and safest techniques. She truly enjoys taking the time to get to know her clients to provide them with an individualized treatment plan that enhances their own natural beauty so they walk out feeling rejuvenated and confident in their skin again.
